A proud Twin Cities native and certified Tax Credit Specialist, Maggie brings a solid background in property management since 2014, with a specific focus on LIHTC. With two decades of Operational Management experience, including an exclusive decade in property management, Maggie has consistently demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective processes and procedures, leading teams to attain operational excellence.

Recently serving as the Director of Property Management for EIG Property Management and dedicating eight years to Dominium, Maggie brings a wealth of expertise, showcasing her commitment and proficiency in overseeing a wide range of communities and contributing significantly to operational excellence.
