Schafer Richardson’s New Corporate Headquarters

We’ve officially settled into our new office as of March 18th! Our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters features approx. 26,000 SF of converted shell and existing office space, complete with an internal staircase connecting the first and second floors.

In our new suite, you’ll find coffee bars, a kitchen, and varying sized meeting rooms named after buildings of historical importance to Schafer Richardson. Don’t miss the breakroom overlooking Downtown Minneapolis, the Bevi machine for refreshing drinks, and the Klatt Memorial Library for a quiet retreat.

Located in the vibrant North Loop, our new office boasts a private street-level entrance, making it easy for you to visit. We celebrated our first week here with breakfast, lunch, dessert, office games, and happy hour, marking the beginning of many exciting adventures in this new chapter.
