Grand Opening of Peregrine
Posted Under: News
Last week marked a significant milestone as we celebrated the grand opening of our latest project, Peregrine. This exceptional development boasts 163 units of affordable housing, offering a diverse selection of unit types ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Peregrine’s apartments have been thoughtfully designed to cater to a wide-ranging community, with income and rent limitations spanning from 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income. Affordable housing plays a pivotal role in shaping a more inclusive and equitable future for our city.
We’d like to express our gratitude to everyone who made this possible. A big thank you to our esteemed speakers, Mayor Frey, Councilmember Ellison, Abdi Warsame, and representatives from Senators Klobuchar, Smith, and Congresswoman Omar’s offices for their unwavering support and commitment to affordable housing.
We’re also immensely grateful to our generous funders, including Huntington Community Impact Capital, the City of Minneapolis, AFL-CIO, Collier’s Mortgage, Bridgewater Bank, Hennepin County, MPHA, and the Metropolitan Council, who helped make Peregrine a reality.
A huge shoutout to the incredible design and construction teams who brought Peregrine to life: Greiner Construction, Urbanworks Arch, BKBM Engineers, Damon Farber Landscape Architects, and Stantec. Your expertise and dedication shine through in every detail of this project.
We’d also like to extend our appreciation to Cushman Wakefield for their valuable contributions.
A special thanks to the Schafer Richardson team and leadership for their hard work and commitment to making Peregrine a reality.
