Irvine Exchange in St. Paul Hosts Grand Opening

We are proud to announce the Grand Opening of our newest multifamily project, Irvine Exchange! Located at 200 Exchange Street in St. Paul, Irvine Exchange was previously a city-owned surface parking lot and is situated near some of the city’s most popular attractions. Bradley Schafer, CEO and Founding Principal of Schafer Richardson, and Kristen Guild, Interim Director of Planning and Economic Development for the City of St. Paul, both gave their remarks and participated in the official ribbon cutting during the event this past Tuesday.

Schafer Richardson partnered with Greystar for property management, Great Southern Bank, Johnson Bank, Urban Works Architecture, BDY+Young, and the City of St. Paul. Amanda Janzen, Project Manager at Schafer Richardson, served as the PM throughout the entire development process. Kudos to you, Amanda!
