Schafer Richardson Developing Lot on Payne Avenue in St. Paul

Schafer Richardson is developing the lot located at 848 Payne Avenue in St. Paul, between Kendall’s Ace Hardware and the former Ward 6 restaurant building.  The new development will feature 99 units of affordable apartment units, street level retail space and 86 parking stalls.
