Schafer Richardson hires Niedenfuer as VP of Construction

Schafer Richardson is proud to announce that Matthew Niedenfuer has joined the company as Vice President of Construction. In this role, Niedenfuer will have primary responsibility for leading and managing Schafer Richardson’s Construction company, an affiliate of Schafer Richardson. His focus will be on overseeing project execution from start to finish including planning, cost estimating, and staffing.

Niedenfuer brings over eight years of experience in real estate construction project management. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, he worked for Ryan Companies leading complex multifamily and senior living projects. He also previously worked for Doran Companies where he successfully executed the award winning 369-unit multifamily project in Minneapolis, including a 6-story wood framed building and 25-story post tension concrete high-rise.

Niedenfuer earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
