Viridium Grand Opening

The Schafer Richardson Team, along with project partners Steven-Scott Management, UrbanWorks Architecture, Frana Companies and Colliers, celebrated the grand opening of the Viridium building located at 721 North Third Street in the North Loop.

Viridium features 139 new market-rate apartments and two levels of underground parking.  This ground-up development also includes resort-quality amenity spaces including a fitness center, outdoor patio, wellness/spa space, community room with kitchen and shared coworking stations.

There is also 3,500 square feet of retail/commercial space on the street level.
