Welcome Thomas J. Hainje

Schafer Richardson would like to warmly welcome Thomas J. Hainje as he serves as Associate General Counsel, providing guidance to Schafer Richardson’s Development, Asset Management, Property Management, Construction, Leasing, Accounting and SR Realty Trust teams on a wide array of legal matters.

Mr Hainje is an experienced real estate, business, and commercial transaction and litigation attorney.  Prior to joining Schafer Richardson as in-house counsel, Mr. Hainje spent more than 13 years in private practice at several respected law firms in Minneapolis.
